We have a 24-hour exchange policy for international orders (orders outside UAE), which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request an exchange. For orders inside UAE we recommend checking the items as soon as you receive it and if any issues are found with damage and/or sizing, handover the items to the same courier on the spot to ensure the exchange is accepted.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted (international orders only), the items can be mailed within 24 hours to Villa K32/33, Wildflower, Jumeirah Golf Estates, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
